Nasi Paprik

Tonight's menu: Nasi Paprik (this is the modified version according to the ingredients that I had).

Ingredients:
Prawns (shelled and deveined)
Cauliflower
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Green chillies
White tofu
Garlic
Ginger
Big onions

Seasoning:
Thai stir-fry sauce
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Oyster sauce
Sweet black sauce (kicap manis)
Lime juice

Serve with brown/white rice. Bon-a-petit!
