Mango-Soursop-Pear Smoothie



Today's breakfast booster is Mango-Soursop-Pear smoothie. It's packed with nutrition and fibre and fills the stomach for the morning.

I made one this morning myself. Mine, filled with 1 pear, 1 mango, 1 apple, handful of hemp seeds, ginger roots, bok choy, with about a cup of water, and real lemon squeezed in it. Now this one here is a SourSop for you. I'll try yours next week!
